New Tungsten Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaning Blade Now Available

Redesign of Super-G tungsten blade provides double the wear life

Argonics announces the launch of a new, redesigned version of its tungsten Super-G belt cleaning blade. The most significant change is that the tungsten carbide strip has been increased, doubling the wear life of the blade.

The blade is unique in that the tungsten blades are mounted onto a urethane holder, and the 6” long sections flex independently of each other, allowing it to maintain pressure and contact with the belt.

The tungsten blade tips can also be replaced as they wear, without having to replace the entire urethane blade. These attributes mean that the blade is both economical and environmentally-friendly.
