Due to out-of-flat tables and uneven loads, a single shuttle roller can be expected to carry enormous loads. We have engineered our rollers to accept the high loads while also sharing the load with surrounding rollers. We produce both a medium-duty and heavy-duty chiller roller. The medium-duty roller is a solid polyurethane roller containing two sealed agricultural bearings. The heavy duty is made with the same high quality Kryptane urethane bonded over a machined steel or stainless steel housing. Our patented sealing system keeps contamination out and food-grade grease in, even under vacuum.
